Our mission: community and understanding
We are dedicated to reaching out to not only individuals with these conditions but also the invaluable people who support them. Our goal is to foster a community where everyone feels understood, supported, and empowered.

Key distinctions: ADHD and autism
While often discussed together, ADHD and Autism have distinct characteristics. ADHD primarily centres on attention, regulation, impulsivity, and hyperactivity. In contrast, Autism is defined by differences in social communication and a reliance on strict routines. Understanding these differences is key to providing targeted support.
